(2) Joint Cultivation Program of TCC and TUFE
The education system takes“3+2”model. The international students spend the first 3 years in TCC, and study in TUFE for the last 2 years if reaching the admission requirements of TUFE. Each of the following majors is taught in Chinese.

(3) Joint Cultivation Program of TCC and TAFA
The education system takes“3+2”model. The international students spend the first 3 years in TCC, and study in TAFA for the last 2 years if reaching the admission requirements of TAFA. The following major is taught in Chinese.

2 Application Requirements
(1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens between the age of 18 (before entering college) and 30, with a valid foreigner’s passport. Applicants who apply for the two Joint Cultivation Programs must between the age of 18 (before entering college) and 25;
(2) Applicants must be healthy and have good behavior, complying with the laws and regulations of China and the rules of Tianjin College of Commerce；
(3) Applicants must have a corresponding high school diploma (or above).
Note:
Chinese citizens who immigrate to foreign countries and apply for admission to our college as foreign students shall be subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Education of China.
3 Application Deadline
Before May 31, 2023
4 Required Materials and Application Process
(1) Required Materials:
A. Application Form for International Students to Study in Tianjin College of Commerce;B. Tianjin Government Scholarship Application Form for Foreign Students;
C. Notarized graduation certificate or pre-graduation certificate of highest academic qualification in Chinese or English;
D. Transcripts of highest level studies in Chinese or English (must be notarized);
E. Language proficiency certificate, including HSK certificate, Chinese-related examination grade certificate, Chinese-related study certificate, Chinese-related competition certificate, etc;
F. Physical Examination Form for Foreigners;
G. Certificate of Non-criminal Record;
H. First page of a valid passport (valid until after April 1, 2024);
I. Electronic photo of ID card;
J. Study plan in China (attached with a separate paper);
K. Other award certificates (optional);
L. Applicants who have changed nationality from Chinese to another nationality should submit the certificate of cancellation of Chinese nationality and the record of Entry and Exit in the last 4 years.

Note：
All of the above application materials should be either in Chinese or English. For documents or certificates in languages other than Chinese or English, notarized Chinese or English translations are required.
5 Admission
All information in the application materials must be consistent with the information in the passport and valid visa or residence permit used at the time of application. TCC will admit students according to the admission procedures. After that, TCC will review the applicant's information and materials together with the relevant administrative authorities. If there is any violation or fraud, the admission qualification will be canceled immediately.
